This is to inform & update you about the delays in rake & truck movement due to adverse weather conditions currently prevailing in Northern India:-

Several trains including freight trains are affected & running delayed due to adverse weather conditions as rainfall & dense fog engulfed the NCR region.

Road movements are also affected due to adverse weather conditions and trucks are being moved in cautioned way which is causing delay in consignment deliveries.

Fresh curbs are imposed under GRAP-IV by CAQM until further notice due to dip in air quality to “Severe+” category in Delhi-NCR region. Accordingly traffics are being diverted/restricted on certain routes.

IMD has also predicted heavy rainfall and cold waves in parts of Northern India and issued orange alert as temperature dips to below 8 degree Celsius.
As above factors may have an adverse impact on timely movement of rakes and trucks, we request you to kindly plan accordingly.
